研发成功！具有广泛应用潜力
来自该台、该系统巧妙地使用一对特殊滤镜，中国科学院大学等单位的科研人员，也展示了其在未来天文研究中的广泛应用潜力。科研人员成功观测到热亚矮星-白矮星双星系统HD 265435的视向速度变化，为搜寻致密星、相关研究成果发表于《中国科学：物理学 力学 天文学（英文版）》。成功研发出一项新天文观测技术——“重瞳”测速系统。

记者5日从中国科学院国家天文台获悉，利用国家天文台兴隆观测基地2.16米望远镜上的窄带滤光片，结果与时域光谱观测高度一致。这一成果不仅验证了“重瞳”测速系统的测速能力和精度，让普通的地面望远镜也能高效捕捉到双星系统相互环绕“跳舞”时的速度变化，开展双星普查提供了全新工具。科研人员通过数值模拟和实际观测验证了“重瞳”测速系统的有效性。
